Claims Advisor at Möller Bil Örebro

About the Position

As a claims advisor with us, you assist customers both on-site and over the phone with everything from cost estimates, warranty questions, and other types of guidance. In your role, you will perform assessments and evaluations of damaged cars. Based on your assessment and documentation, you will then prepare estimates regarding the extent of the damages and repair costs, which will be submitted to the insurance companies. You will maintain contact with the customer and the insurance companies and handle the necessary administrative tasks throughout the case.

You report to the repair shop manager and work in a close-knit team with claims advisors, repair technicians, and painters. For us, it is especially important that you have the mindset to always want to go the extra mile to provide the best possible service to the customer or help a colleague when needed.

Your Qualifications

• Driving license B (with permission for manual transmission)
• Completed high school education
• Computer and system proficiency as well as good administrative skills since you will be working daily in various systems
• Experience working in a repair shop is a merit

To succeed in the role of claims advisor, we prefer that you are independent and can see what needs to be done in the daily production. Since we place great importance on delivering world-class service to our customers, it is essential that you work according to the same philosophy and enjoy meeting customers, maintaining, and establishing new contacts. You also find it easy to follow our established processes but understand the importance of being able to reprioritize if the situation requires it.

More About the Position

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
